At Broadmere Primary School, and as part of the Bourne Education Trust, we are committed to creating a culture where every child, family and member of staff feels valued, respected and included.
We celebrate the diversity of our community and recognise that our differences make us stronger. We strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of background, culture, language, ability, faith, gender or circumstance, has the opportunity to thrive, aspire and achieve.
Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. Through our curriculum, pastoral support and wider opportunities, we work to remove barriers to learning and participation, ensuring that every child develops a strong sense of belonging and is able to reach their full potential.
We are proud of our diverse school community and actively promote respect, understanding and kindness through our values, assemblies, enrichment opportunities and daily interactions. We aim to develop confident, compassionate citizens who understand the importance of equality and who are prepared to contribute positively to modern British society.
Our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion extends beyond the classroom. We work closely with families, the Bourne Education Trust and the wider community to promote wellbeing, celebrate diversity and create a safe environment where everyone feels heard, supported and empowered to succeed.
